30 poems in 30 days Day 23: Ekphrastic poem

Write a poem inspired by an artist, well, I am inspired by many…here is one of my takes:

History’s Memory by Lexi Jiao Wu

Evil pushed the red button,

Boats break the puzzled waters,

Senses retrieved by realizations,

April enabled the missing clowns,

Elevation for p[ainting a mindful image,

Spider webs of the intended tricks,

Orifice showing the deceivers’ pain,

Milk cans for recycling into water bottles,

Duck foot-trails toward drowning,

Diamond of unrelated wisdom,

Eagles see through underground follies,

Plots on itself shrink in circles,

Greed motivates the darkened minds.
